Course overview
Confined spaces come in a range of shapes and sizes, but all pose a significant risk to the health and safety of those working in them.
This course aims to ensure that delegates are aware of their responsibilities regarding the planning and undertaking of “confined spaces”.
course objectives
Upon successful completion of the course, delegates will be able to:
Identify whether an area is a confined space, in accordance with current legal definitions.
Understand the range of hazards which may be encountered in a confined space and how they can be effectively controlled in order to ensure they stay safe.
Understand the various roles and responsibilities relating to confined space working.
Safely access and egress a confined space and fit emergency escape breathing apparatus inside our bespoke confined space simulator.

Course Outcome
On completion of this course, candidates will receive a CTC Ltd certificate, valid for 3 years.
