The course aims to provide participants with a thorough understanding of how to operate nail guns correctly and safely. The course is ideal for anyone who works with or is employed to operate nail guns.

After completing the course, participants will be able to understand the workings of a nail gun and handle its use in a safe manner. Participants will also have an understanding of relevant legislation

The participant will receive a Powered Nail Gun training certificate upon completion of the course.

The course will cover the following elements:

Legislation

Hazards and risks in relation to the use of nail guns

Appropriate PPE and appropriate pre-use checks

Operate a nail gun

Half day.

On completion of this course, candidates will receive a CTC Ltd certificate, valid for 3 years.
